HOW TO ORDER:

1. Click the product that you would like to order

2. Click 'Add to cart'

3. Want to get more of them? Please enter the desired number in Quantity box

4. If you want to remove any item(s) from your cart, please reduce the Quantity, you can type 0(zero) if you do not want to order the item

5. After finish, choose shipping for Australia 

6. Then, click  'Update Total'

7. Our system will automatically sum up your order

8. Click 'Checkout' after you finish ordering

9. Pay via 'paypal' or a credit or debit card

10. Make sure you have the correct delivery address in your paypal

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

At the moment we only ship to address in Australia using standard delivery services for Australia resident. 

For unlimited time, no matter how many item(s) you order, you get free shipping on your order with no minimum spend. We will be sending out your order via Australia Post within 1-2 business days after your payment has been confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

PAYMENT METHOD:

Payment methods that we currently accept are PayPal using a credit or debit card which is a very safe payment method. It will normally take 1-2 working days to be verified. Once we receive the payment, we will post your item within 1-2 working days.

RETURN POLICY:

Need to return something? Items can only be returned for refund with reason: (1). Poor quality / Faulty, (2). Incorrect item received, (3). Parcel damaged on arrival. Please follow the steps below within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

1. Select one of the reason codes against your return

2. Email to [email protected], including order number, name and address detail 

3. Please enclose a proof of damaged or wrong item (PHOTO) in the email for our consideration.

4. Return for refund can take up to 7 working days to be processed.
